Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, to many countries across Europe, and to Australia and New Zealand. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us at hello@trinketsupply.com and we'll see what we can do.
Fulfillment from multiple warehouses
Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from our U.S. warehouse or our international warehouse. We route every order from the location that can get it to you fastest. Because of this, delivery times can vary, and on rare occasions items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping times & rates
Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you choose. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Trinket isn't responsible for packages once they've been marked delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at hello@trinketsupply.com and we'll help however we can.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll try to update it.
Customs, duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping charge and are collected by your local customs authority.
